Which software not too complex to use, could you recommend ?

Depends on your goals and experience level and available equipment. Procreate on iPad is an amazing place to start if you've never used graphic design software before.
My experience is near to zero I confess.
I am trying Affinity v2 and I will try a Wacom graphic pad.
I would like to begin with a foe for CY_BORG, then a class for CY_BORG too : Unlucky lottery Winner.

Affinity is a good place to start for both layout and illustration.
